Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how PAL InnTech ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and discloses information in connection with the mobile and web applications we publish on the Google Play Store and other distribution channels (collectively, the "Apps"). By downloading, accessing, or using our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We aim to collect the minimum amount of information needed to operate our Apps. Depending on the App and the features you use, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — if an App offers sign-in, we may collect your name, email address, and authentication identifiers provided by you or your identity provider (e.g. Google Sign-In).
• User content — content you voluntarily create, upload, or submit within an App (e.g. notes, preferences, files, messages).
• Device and technical data — device model, operating system version, app version, language, region, crash logs, and diagnostic information, used to keep the App stable and secure.
• Usage data — anonymous or pseudonymous analytics about which screens and features are used, used to improve the product.
• Permissions-gated data — data from device capabilities (camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, storage) is accessed only after you grant the relevant Android runtime permission and only for the feature you invoked.

We do not knowingly collect payment card numbers, government identifiers, biometric identifiers, precise location, or health data unless a specific App clearly discloses this at the point of collection.

We use the information described above to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the features of our Apps.
• Authenticate users and keep accounts and content secure.
• Diagnose crashes, debug issues, and monitor performance.
• Communicate with you about updates, security notices, and support requests.
• Comply with applicable laws and enforce our terms of service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiling or cross-app tracking.

We share personal information only in the limited cases described below:

• Service providers — trusted vendors that process data on our behalf (e.g. cloud hosting, crash reporting, analytics, email delivery) under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• Legal compliance — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or a governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of our users, the public, or ourselves.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
• With your consent — in any other case where you have given us explicit permission to share.

We retain personal information only for as long as needed to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer required, we delete or irreversibly anonymize it. Crash logs and aggregated analytics are retained for up to 24 months.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing hello@palinntech.com from the email address linked to your account. We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days, except for information we are legally required or permitted to retain (for example, transaction records or security logs).

We apply industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards — including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest where supported, least-privilege access controls, and routine patching — to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided information to us should contact us at the address below.

Our services may be operated from, and information may be processed in, countries other than the one in which you reside. By using our Apps, you consent to the transfer of your information to these jurisdictions, which may have data protection laws different from those of your country.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws (such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA) to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Our Apps may link to or integrate with third-party services (such as identity providers, payment processors, or analytics platforms). Those services operate under their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, provide a more prominent notice (for example, in-app or by email). Your continued use of our Apps after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
